‍WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

· Conducts keyword research and analysis to understand customer search behaviors and align content creation with these insights, maximizing visibility and engagement.

· Ensures the websites are technically optimized to achieve the best possible search engine rankings, including site structure, mobile optimization, and load speeds.

· Collaborates with content team to ensure that all content is SEO-friendly, from blog posts to product descriptions, making use of AI tools to streamline and enhance content production,

· Provides ongoing analysis of SEO, identifying opportunities to drive incremental growth,

· Analyzes backlinks, competitor analysis and long tail keyword research,

· Recommends changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords,

· Works with designers and developers to implement changes,

· Regularly tracks, monitors and analyzes website analytics and SEO campaigns’ performance, adapting strategies in real-time to optimize results, reporting via GA4, Lookerstudio.

· Works with Performance Marketing team to achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly traffic and revenue targets.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

· 2+ years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful SEO strategies and content creation,

· Experience with technical SEO onpage & offpage analysis and reporting,

· Ability to identify and manage technical issues such as crawl errors, sitemaps and empty or duplicate pages that can affect ranking,

· Experience in content management and keyword optimization,

· Deep understanding of ranking factors for Google’s algorithm,

· Experience with tools such as Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs,ScreamingFrog, Deepcrawl, Sistrix etc.

· Basic knowledge in GA4 is a must, advanced is preferred

· Proficiency in using AI tools for content generation and SEO optimization

· Strong communication and organizational skills to cross-work with content and product teams for different web products,

· Dynamic, hard-working and highly organized,

· Time management, problem solving and analytical skills,

· Being a self-starter and internally motivated to work efficiently without close supervision,

· Basic knowledge or interest in HTML/CSS/Javascript is preferred,

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
